Zunari Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how DODI ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED, operating Zunari AI Video ("Zunari", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit https://www.zunariai.com, contact us, or use our mobile applications, websites, AI video generation features, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information we may collect

We may collect account information you provide, support messages, purchase or entitlement status, app settings, usage events, device and app diagnostics, approximate technical information such as IP address and device type, and communications you send to us.

For AI video features, we may process prompts, optional uploaded images, generation settings, task status, generated videos, timestamps, account or task identifiers needed to deliver results, and reliability or abuse-prevention diagnostics.

We do not intentionally collect contacts, precise location, phone numbers, or advertising identifiers for AI video generation.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Services, create user-requested AI videos, maintain account and entitlement features, respond to support requests, troubleshoot bugs, prevent misuse, improve service reliability, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Zunari does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, input images, generated videos, account identifiers, or diagnostics to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

4. AI generation, images, and generated content

Zunari uses self-hosted AI models running on infrastructure controlled for Zunari. We do not use third-party AI generation services for user-requested generation.

When a user chooses a photo or image as input, the image is processed only to create the requested video. Zunari does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.

Prompts, input images, and generated videos are retained only for short-term creation history and re-use features and are deleted from Zunari-controlled servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

5. Purchases and marketplace processing

Paid features, subscriptions, credits, or entitlements may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Those marketplaces process payments under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may receive purchase identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, transaction timestamps, and related entitlement information so we can provide access and support purchase issues.

6. Sharing and service operations

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information when necessary to operate the Services, process marketplace purchases, provide support, maintain hosting and security, investigate misuse, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards.

For AI generation specifically, Zunari does not send user prompts, uploaded images, or generated videos to third-party AI generation services.

7. Retention and deletion

Zunari generation prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are deleted from Zunari-controlled servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

Support records, purchase records, security records, tax records, dispute records, backups, and legally required records may be retained for the period needed for the purpose for which they were collected or as required or permitted by law.

8. Account deletion

Where account features are available, Zunari provides an in-app account deletion option from the profile, account, or settings area.

Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete the account. If you cannot access the in-app deletion feature, contact support and we will help verify and process the request.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Users should protect account credentials, review outputs before sharing, and avoid submitting content they do not want processed for the requested feature.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. International use and updates

Information may be processed in countries where Zunari-controlled systems are operated. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
