Zunari Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zunari AI Video, related websites, mobile applications, AI video generation features, support channels, and other services provided by DODI ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to use the Services under the laws that apply to you and must have authority to accept these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for providing accurate information where required.

3. AI video features

Zunari may allow users to create, preview, revise, save, export, or manage AI-generated videos and related content from prompts, uploaded materials, references, settings, and other instructions.

AI-generated outputs may be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, offensive, similar to existing content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, relying on, or monetizing them.

Zunari does not guarantee that any output will be unique, error-free, available at all times, or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you already granted to others. You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority needed to submit content and request that Zunari process it for the selected feature.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, and create outputs from your submitted content only as needed to provide the Services, operate safety and abuse controls, maintain reliability, provide support, and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

5. AI data commitments

Zunari generation requests run through infrastructure controlled for Zunari using self-hosted AI models. Zunari does not use third-party AI generation services for user-requested generation.

Prompts, input images, and generated videos are deleted from Zunari-controlled servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

Zunari does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images, and does not use user data to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, mislead viewers, create non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, harass or threaten others, spread malware, bypass access controls, overload systems, scrape the Services, or interfere with service integrity.

You may not submit content you do not have permission to use or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, credits, and refunds

Some features may require paid access, subscriptions, credits, or other entitlements. Prices, availability, renewal rules, cancellation rules, taxes, and billing terms may be shown by Apple App Store, Google Play, or inside the app.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play should be submitted through the relevant marketplace refund or purchase-support flow.

If Apple or Google approves a refund, Zunari honors that decision after the platform record is available to us and may adjust associated subscription status, credits, entitlements, or access.

8. Account deletion and service changes

Where account features are available, Zunari provides an in-app account deletion option from the profile, account, or settings area.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, including features, limits, supported models, credits, availability, or design, where needed for operational, legal, security, or product reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, interfaces, visual design, trademarks, trade names, logos, documentation, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Zunari, our technology, brand assets, or proprietary materials.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.
